2. Promotion Period

• Promotion is valid for purchases made from 8 January 2026 onwards only.

3. Submission & Verification

• Submission of receipt is required and subject to verification and approval.
• Each submission requires approximately 7–10 working days for verification, processing, and arrangement of gift delivery.
• Processing time may vary due to high submission volume, stock availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Approved submissions will receive the gift starting from 20 January 2026.

4. Photo & Content Requirements

• Participants are required to publicly upload a photo of themselves with their installed JazPiper.
• A screenshot of the uploaded post must be attached as part of the submission.
• A clear photo of the purchase receipt must also be taken and attached during submission.
• A clear photo of the MAC number for product verification must be taken and attached during submission.

5. Personal Information

• Participants must provide complete and accurate personal details, including:
  • Full name
  • Delivery address
  • Contact number
• This information is required for delivery and fulfilment purposes.
• Submissions with incomplete, unclear, or inaccurate information will be deemed invalid.

6. Availability & Other Conditions

• Available on a first come, first served basis, while stocks last.
• Not exchangeable for cash or other items.
• The management reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
